Recipe Testing: Treacle Tart

This recipe is:

  • egg free (unless you choose to use egg in the pastry)
  • dairy free (unless you choose to use butter in the pastry)
  • soy free
  • nut free (though I did use ground almonds in this version)
  • delicious

In fact this version is completely gluten free as well. It went down well too:
